[Solved] Unsuspend my account
wolstech replied to hostmysiteplease's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
No problem. I've unlinked your paypal account from the imaraproducts account and have unsuspended both accounts. It can take several minutes before you'll be able to log in, and the domains can take up to 2 hours to function. In the future, please contact support before you buy an account for another person. The suspension occurred because our system detected that you suddenly bought a second account that wasn't on Morty, which is prohibited as you're aware. Note that if we detect similar or cross-hosted content on either of these accounts, or if we detect the same user logging into both accounts, they may be subject to resuspension and a requirement to move to Morty to be unsuspended. -
Apologies for the delay on this. Your account has been unsuspended and should work again in the next few minutes. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function.

[Solved] Terms violation response
imaraproducts replied to imaraproducts's topic in Customer Service
Any progress on this? @Krydos It's been a few days already -
The domain has been added, but in order to actually host it with us you must do 1 of the following 2 options. Use our nameservers by logging in to your registrar and setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Use any external DNS that you want, Cloudflare is a popular free option, and create A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.

Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
wolstech replied to backupchiquipoli's topic in Customer Service
The memory and execution time values are intentionally limited to prevent excessive load. You'll need a VPS if you want the settings you listed. Note that we generally recommend not using Wordpress at all due to how bloated it is. https://wiki.helionet.org/WordPress As for the upload and post sizes, we can easily increate those for you. What version of PHP do you use? -
Hi I'm going to install PointFinder, a WordPress theme, and it needs at least the following, which are currently far below: max_execution_time 600 memory_limit 1024M post_max_size 48M upload_max_filesize 48M Thanks Best regards

I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

Hi sorry about the wait. It seems like you were suspended because the system thinks that you have more than one account. @Krydos or another admin has to look into this for you. Admin: Duplicate post, please merge:

modsecurity false positive (rule id: 210580) on google oauth response
Krydos replied to tobacom's topic in Escalated Requests
You can disable modsecurity rules yourself. 1. Login at https://heliohost.org/login/ 2. Click Continue to Plesk. 3. Click Websites & Domains in the left navigation pane. 4. Click your domain to expand the view. 5. Click the Dashboard tab along the top. 6. Click Web Application Firewall icon in the bottom right corner. 7. Type the ID "210580" into the Security rules IDs box (without the quotes). 8. Click ok at the bottom of the screen. 9. Wait for up to 2 hours for Apache to restart. Let us know if you run into any issues with the above process. -
modsecurity false positive (rule id: 210580) on google oauth response

This support request is being escalated to our root admins. -
Hello, I am getting a 403 Forbidden error due to a modsecurity false positive when users return to my site from google oauth login. The Comodo WAF Rule ID 210580 gets triggered because google's callback url legitimately contains "userinfo.profile" in the scope parameter, which the firewall mistakes for an os file access attempt. domain: tobacom.helioho.st url: /api/googleauth could you please whitelist this rule for my domain? thanks full error: ModSecurity: Access denied with code 403 (phase 2). Matched phrase ".profile" at ARGS:scope. [file "/etc/httpd/conf/modsecurity.d/rules/comodo_free/08_Global_Other.conf"] [line "57"] [id "210580"] [rev "2"] [msg "COMODO WAF: OS File Access Attempt||tobacom.helioho.st|F|2"] [data "Matched Data: .profile found within ARGS:scope: email profile https:/www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile https:/www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email openid"] [severity "CRITICAL"] [tag "CWAF"] [tag "Other"] [hostname "tobacom.helioho.st"] [uri "/api/googleauth"] [unique_id "aaRzqb0uOZk8uLSVyn3AywAAA40"], referer: https://accounts.google.com/

I'll mark this thread as [Solved] so it's clear to the helpers that it's not progressing any further. If you change your mind and want to shuffle some domains around on your Johnny account to stay under the 5 limit, please create a new thread to request this (and let us know which ones you want added/removed). 🙂 If you decide to move to Tommy for 10 domains, please have a look at our Moving Your Account page here for some advice on making a backup first, etc.: https://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_Your_Account and if you decide to go ahead, it can be done automatically without needing to speak to staff by using the Move page on your account Dashboard: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ Please let us know if we can help with anything else!

It looks like the upgrades from yesterday broke some of the email functionality of the Tommy server. Webmail wasn't working and receiving emails was failing as well. However, sending emails continued working. Webmail and incoming mails should be fixed now. Any emails that were sent to domains on Tommy overnight should work now because the remote mail servers should continue retrying now that the server is correctly accepting mail again. So no emails should be lost, but rather just delayed a bit. Thanks to the users who reported these issues. Let us know if you're noticing any other issues on the Tommy server after the upgrades.

I changed the password on your VPS, logged in with the new password at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/cancel/ and clicked the cancel button for you. Everything seems to have worked fine, so I'm not sure why it didn't work for you. Anyways, thanks for being a VPS customer since 2021. If you have need of a VPS again in the future I hope you'll come back. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

[Solved] Connection to storage server failed
wolstech replied to backupchiquipoli's topic in Escalated Requests
This issue has been resolved. The mail server wasn't working on Tommy because of an issue with an SSL certificate. -
Users cannot yet manage subdomains (or domains or aliases) themselves. There are plans to add this feature in the future, but there is no ETA for when it may be implemented. You can read more about why we cannot offer SLAs/ETAs here:https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA In the meantime, an admin can help with domain changes. I've now added that subdomain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours the subdomain doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
-
Hello, is a subdomain something I can set up through Plesk, or do I need to request it here? If so, I'd like a subdomain api.qutegifts.co.uk, please.

I created a new mailbox called test on your domain and it has the same issue...perhaps this is related to the updates done yesterday? Escalating.
