  2. An invite has been sent to create a Morty account. Please click the link and follow the instructions to create a new account. Data that was successfully recovered from your Johnny account can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ Note that backups may not be available yet for all accounts, and not all data may have been recoverable (especially databases). If there is something specific you need that you don't have a backup of, let us know exact details of what you're looking for and we can take a second look to see if it can be recovered. If you need domains added, please let us know your new username and the domains you need once you finish creating the Morty account so we can get them set back up for you. Our apologies for the downtime. We should have rebuilt Johnny sooner before this happened.
  3. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  4. I would like to migrate to the Morty server to test its capabilities while Johnny is under maintenance; I would be willing to pay if I like it.
  5. What port is the websocket listening on?
  6. This is why we emailed you on April 27th to let you know that the modules wouldn't be transferred, and you would need to request them again. We advised you to request them in advance so there would be no downtime when you were moved 2 weeks later. A few people actually read that email, requested the modules in advance, and had a much smoother upgrade experience. Installed. https://morty2-info.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.14.py

  8. Krydos can take a look, but the fact your account only existed for about 3 weeks reduces the odds of being able to recover any databases. The ones we have recovered primarily came from older backups or account archives that existed before the crash (such backups are system-created when an account is archived from inactivity, and are often created by an admin when an account is reset). What was the name of the database? Also, do you know the name of any of the tables in that database?
  9. Thank you wolstech.
  10. Thanks a lot for response , i will move to tommy , kindly delete this account so i can create new one Thanks
  11. Hello, I would like some help downloading a backup of my database from Johnny, as Morty has been enabled for me while Johnny is being restructured. My Johnny username is Edelrey0983. Could you please help me? I was only able to download the project backup.

  13. Dear Team, Thank you for your email. While the Johnny server is being rebuilt, I would like to move to the free Morty trial. Thanks
  14. Flask should be standard, but the others need to be installed. Escalating to Krydos.

  16. I am trying to use WebSocket together with a regular HTTP server in Node.js. However, when the client attempts to establish a WebSocket connection, the server does not return the expected HTTP [101 Switching Protocols] response. Instead, it returns normal HTTP status codes such as [2xx] or [4xx]. I would like to know whether Tommy Server supports WebSocket upgrade requests or if there is any special configuration required to enable WebSocket connections alongside standard HTTP handling in Node.js
  17. Hi, my account was just migrated to the new server and my Python modules were not transferred. Could you please install the following for my account, ctrlroom.heliohost.us: User : ksuresh Account: ctrlroom.heliohost.us Morty Server - psycopg2-binary (PostgreSQL database driver) - openpyxl (Excel import/export) - Flask (if not already available) Thank you
  18. The server you're on has failed, so we cannot do an automatic move for you. It would be a manual move (download backup, create new account, and set site up again) Since we are currently offering free trials of Morty accounts while Johnny is down, would you like me to send you a free Morty invite? If you choose not to pay after Johnny is restored, we'll simply move you to Johnny at that time (or if you wish, you can pay for Tommy instead of Morty at that time and we 'll move you from Morty->Tommy). If you still prefer to move to Tommy now, I'll just delete your broken account and you can sign up for Tommy normally. If your site needed Python modules, you'll need to request them again on your new server if they're not already present. You'll need to provide your own copy of any databases you had, as most backups do not contain databases (any that do will contain older versions of them). The files from your account can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/

  20. Hi Krydos, Good news! I managed to trace the issue and the site is now back online and running perfectly on Morty2. Just to leave a note here in case other users experience similar silent 500 errors after moving to the new server: the problem wasn't a missing third-party module or the server configuration itself. My code was using the cgi module (which used to be a built-in standard library). It turns out that cgi was officially deprecated and entirely removed from the standard library starting with Python 3.13. Since Morty2 is now running the cutting-edge Python 3.14, the server was correctly throwing a ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cgi' and halting the application boot. I just refactored my code to use modern alternatives (like werkzeug), restarted the WSGI, and everything is fixed. Thank you again for your patience, for installing the requested modules, and for upgrading the hardware. The site feels faster already! You can go ahead and close this topic. Have a great week! Best regards.
  21. Dear HelioHost Support Team, Thank you for your email. To get my website back online as quickly as possible while the Johnny server is being rebuilt, I would like to move to the free Morty trial. Once Johnny is ready, I would prefer to move my account back to Johnny for free. Thank you for your assistance and quick solution. Sincerely, Levent Yayla
  22. hi, no worries i will just wait until Johnny gets up again. domains: gucaban.com unlichat.com thanks
  23. Do you want metalost2.helioho.st or another domain? Apologies for not making it clearer that the VPS admins will need to know the full domain you want. Unless for the first time ever someone says "surprise me!" and we'll see how creative they get. 🙂
  24. Hi Krydos, Ah, I love Python, but those strict tabs vs. spaces indentation errors are the absolute bane of my existence! 😅 Thank you for catching that in the logs. I just went in, fixed the indentation in config.py, and saved the file. I also tried to trigger a WSGI restart on my end. However, the site is still returning a 500 error for me. Could you please check if the WSGI restart actually went through, or if the log is showing a new error now that the TabError is out of the way? Thanks again for the help!
  25. I would like **“helioho.st”**, thank you very much. I will be attentive to any updates.
