Since all staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their free time outside of real-life commitments (paid job, school, family, etc.) we prefer to eliminate unnecessary duplication of time and work. Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. Help is generally provided within 24 hours, and we encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. Hi — I'd like to run an isolated KVM guest on my VPS (IP 64.71.153.12, hostname panel.mikvah.uk). Nested virtualization currently appears disabled: the guest doesn't see the vmx CPU flag, /dev/kvm is absent, and modprobe kvm_intel fails with Operation not supported (dmesg: "kvm_intel: VMX not supported by CPU"). The host CPU is an Intel Xeon E5-2660, which supports VT-x.

Hello, I am receiving a Let's Encrypt renewal error for my account "talesaz" (domain: babalon.com.br). The renewal is failing with an NXDOMAIN error because the subdomain "mail.babalon.com.br" is missing its A/AAAA DNS records. Since I do not have access to the DNS configurations to fix this myself, could you please either add the missing DNS record for "mail" or help me renew the certificate excluding the mail subdomain?
