    2026/05/31 17:06:15 [emerg] 613206#613206: duplicate location "/" in /home/bawantha/conf/web/anonymizer.bawantha-beliwaththa.me/nginx.ssl.conf_flask.conf:1 It looks like you tried to add a custom nginx directive but you are trying to pass a location context to another proxy when Hestia already passes all traffic to Apache on port 8080, i fixed the error, and restarted nginx let us know if the error still persists. to add the proxy to port 5001 back, login to hestia, go to web and then click edit, on anonymizer.bawantha-beliwaththa.me, after that click Advanced options and then change the proxy template to python or node depending on what you are using, and then set 5001 in the backend port setting. i also made a backup of your code before making any changes which you can find in /home/bawantha/

    After 2 years of having a good time with HelioHost recently, my account feedora has been suspended entirely while I do not have a idea why. Could you tell me a reason for the suspension?

    Good afternoon. After the recent account server move my python modules stopped working. Although I see that the files were imported into the file system I get an error when running them: Thus, I'm reaching to seek for support on sort this issue.     The main domain (texu.helioho.st) itself counts one, so you can only add 4 of those subdomains. I've added tools/store/portal/project for you and left off apk since it doesn't fit. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function.

    It looks like yesod already figured it out, but for anyone who doesn't already know you can manage your PayPal subscriptions at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ If you cancel it through there it won't automatically try to bill you anymore, but your VPS will stay active until your payment runs out. We have had quite a few people ask for pay-as-you-go billing for VPS so you can just pay with one-time payments instead of setting up a subscription. This is something we will implement eventually, but like most things there is no exact ETA for it.

    I'll go ahead and put it back for now with a redirect to your new one for you since you have old links floating around out there. Please go through your content and update the links to use the new domain, as there will be a point where the old domain will stop working entirely. Until then, your old domain will automatically direct users to your new domain when they visit it, so the links aren't broken. The alias can take up to 2 hours to function.

    I understand, there is no need to add it temporarily. My website was known by Google with the old domain, and it will take time to learn it again. In the past i made many posts with links to the old domain name that will now link to nowhere.

    Hi, my HelioHost subdomain sk.tracker.helioho.st currently returns NXDOMAIN in DNS (dig and nslookup both fail). Please check whether the subdomain record was removed and restore/recreate it.

    Looks like this is VPS34. Our website does not currently allow you to do a one-time buy on a VPS (or turn off future renewals on an existing one) without just cancelling the service entirely, but Krydos may be able to manually cancel the auto-renew on our side without deleting the VPS for you. Adding a button to cancel auto-renew on a VPS without actually cancelling the VPS itself would be a good addition... Escalating to see if auto-renew can be turned off for VPS34 without cancelling the VPS.

    I added the domains back, it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working again. A root admin can assist you with recovering the data. The rebuild got a fresh OS and install of Plesk so everything on the previous version did not move over.

    Dear manager: Because during Johnny's previous outage, my user was deleted, I rebuilt it today, and only yaner.helioho.st was restored. However, my original two projects gwxy.helioho.st and scorn.helioho.st can no longer be found. Please help me restore them, and it would be even better if all the original data could be restored directly. Regards

    The heliohost.org subdomains are no longer available to users (they haven't been available for several years now, though legacy domains have continued to work). We had to limit the heliohost.org domains to staff and system domains because the actual heliohost.org domain kept getting blacklisted from places like facebook and marked as malicious in Chrome due to abusive or hacked users with these subdomains sending spam or setting up phishing. We can add it back temporarily if it's needed, but there will eventually come a time where remaining accounts will be forced off of these domains. Is there a specific reason you need this domain temporarily?
