Since you didn't specify the TLD, I guessed that since you already have the lovre07 domain ending with ".helioho.st" that you wanted the others to end the same as well. So I've now added last140.helioho.st and ngr.helioho.st to your account. To avoid staff having to guess and risk getting requests wrong, when asking to add domains in the future, please note that we need to know the full addon domain name you want, including the top-level domain (TLD): - If you're using HelioHost's domains, specify either helioho.st or heliohost.us - If you've purchased a custom domain, specify the TLD (such as .com, .net, etc.) You can read more about the information needed to add domains in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#How_can_I_create_an_Addon_Domain?

Main domain changed. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domain to start working.

Since our Johnny server is scheduled to be upgraded to faster hardware soon, so we've decided to increase the number of free accounts that we allow new users to create each day. After increasing the limits a few days ago we've seen free signups stay open for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and even as much as 48 minutes. Keep in mind we have no direct control over how long free signups are open. We just monitor the uptime, speed, and load of the Johnny server. Then we take into consideration how many accounts get abandoned and go inactive each day. Finally we use all of that data to give away as many free accounts as we can, while still keeping the Johnny server "usable". Our goal is 97% uptime, and a load level of less than 20, which we consider good enough for a free service. If you need better uptime, or a faster loading website we have several upgrade options available. At times we've seen 20 accounts get reserved in less than a second, so even after raising the limit, it's still possible for signups to fill quickly. It really just depends on how many people are trying to signup each day. We generally don't disclose the exact number of signups available each day, because it can vary from day to day, but since the recent increase has caused free signups to stay open for nearly an hour it may be worth mentioning. If you're not very quick at clicking, this might be a good opportunity to get a free account, but if the uptime and speed of Johnny start dropping we may need to decrease the signups again. Our goal is to have free signups stay open as long as possible each day, but our free service is very popular so it tends to fill quickly. Let us know if you have any questions, or comments.

[Solved] WordPress 500 Error After Troubleshooting
wolstech replied to durukan's topic in Customer Service
No problem. By the way, a 502 every few hours is actually normal because of Apache restarting to configure new domains and settings. Usually lasts a few minutes and then clears up on its own. -
[Solved] WordPress 500 Error After Troubleshooting
durukan replied to durukan's topic in Customer Service
Thank you for fixing the .htaccess issue! It previously returned a 502 error, which is why I tried the php_value, based on suggestions online. I've already attempted to reinstall WordPress core using WP Toolkit's "Check WordPress Integrity" feature and WP-CLI, but the site still has issues. But will try from scratch this time. Thank you for your assistance, this issue can be marked as solved now. -

[Solved] WordPress 500 Error After Troubleshooting
wolstech replied to durukan's topic in Customer Service
It's because your .htaccess contains php_value statements, which we don't allow (users are not permitted to change PHP settings, especially the memory limit or execution time limits). Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration, referer: https://allpeptides.net/ I just commented it out for you and the 500 error went away. Now it looks like you need to reinstall WP as the software itself is also broken. -

Try renaming your .htaccess file to something else. -
You need to provide a lot more information about what you're trying to do. Where are you seeing this error? What are you doing when you encounter this error? Is there specific code you're trying to run that is producing this?
-
Users are not able to change PHP settings themselves by design. The easiest solution is to use date_default_timezone_set at the top of your code instead.

This is definitely not a server level issue since you're the only one reporting the issue, it's likely that your wordpress installation broke while attempting an automatic update. -
Please, I can't add `php_value date.timezone UTC` to `.htaccess` file

For all domains is not working...

Username: durukan Domain: all****s.net Server: Tommy My WordPress site shows persistent 500 Internal Server Error. I've completed standard troubleshooting: - Fixed .htaccess configuration issues - Adjusted memory limits - Cleared all caches - Disabled plugins and themes - Reinstalled WordPress core via WP Toolkit Error persists even with all WordPress components disabled. Error logs show "End of script output before headers" errors. This appears to be a server-level issue. Could you please check: - Database connectivity - PHP error logs - Server resource limits - File permissions Thank you for your assistance.

Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Select the domain, then if the option for Node is missing, select the "Get Started" tab to find it. I have no idea why some domains show it on the "dashboard" tab, while others do not, but the links go the same place regardless of which tab its on. There should be an X on that message to close that. These don't close themselves. Messages that appear on the admin side often do the same thing (stay until closed).

WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain atenahub.app.br. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/talesaz.heliohost.us/atenahub.app.br/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.

On 2026-01-16 you created a Morty account with the username ronnievillegas. On 2026-02-08 you paid $2 to move your Morty account to Tommy for some unknown reason. On 2026-02-10 you tried to create a new Morty account using the same email address as your previous account that is now on Tommy.
-
There is already an account on Tommy using that email address. Are you trying to create a second account, or what exactly are you trying to do?

You can download it." that came from when i backuped the database, but never dissapeared. Thanks in advance

[Solved] WSGI Control Access - Add new domain
KazVee replied to talesaz's topic in Escalated Requests
Confirmation of step 3 provided here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/66887-restart-or-reload-the-wsgi-server/ so that thread's been escalated. Since this thread was initially for the add domain that's been completed, I'll mark this one as [Solved]. -
This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
