Hi Heliohost friends, Thanks to give me access and offer me a piece of space to host my Apps. I'm web developer and I'm working as a volunteer in an App to help a little community to interact and organize them around a water resource in their village. I found you in google and searching with friends and colleagues refering me, is my first time with you. This App is a web development in PHP based on a PostgreSQL DB. In this moment I'm tranferring php files and trying to run a SQL DB creation script, but I don't know a way to run this script using another tool different to pgAdmin. I can't find an online tool in the management panel to manage the DB. To use pdAdmin, I'm getting a message "connection failed: connection to server at "65.19.154.90", port 5432 failed: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host ....". Please help me to guide how to run a SQL script or getting me external access throug pgAdmin or another external tool, preferably. Thanks in advance! Gabriel Bravo

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'm having trouble with remote database connections to my MariaDB. I have set my Access control to "Allow remote connections from any host." I am able to connect to my database from my HelioHost pages, but not from my externally hosted pages. I can provide any necessary details upon request, just don't want to post anything too private that people could misuse.

You're suspended because your Wordpress installation got hacked and your account is full of malware. Wordpress is infamous for having security issues, especially when plugins are used. It's an easy target for hackers, and once they get in, they use your site to deploy malware, send spam, or set up a phishing site. Morty is working properly on our side and I cannot reproduce the described problem. More often than not, a blank white screen in Plesk is a cache issue. Please try clearing your browser cache, as well as trying an incognito window or another browser.

It actually is available via pip. Installed. You can see the current list of installed modules and their versions for Morty's Python 3.12 at https://krydos3.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py

I can sign in to Heliohost.org, but when I go to Plesk, it redirects me to where I get a blank screen. Not sure what to do now.

I'll escalate this to Krydos, but I'm not sure this one will be approved simply because based on the name, it looks like it was something you made. The modules we typically allow requests on are standard major name modules offered via pip.

Further, I can perfectly confirm that, this is not for sending bulk mails, spam or anything else that violates your terms of services, but feels like sending the sign up otp, welcome mail etc with brevo is more easier than normal mail, because the new features such as templates found in their platform.

I want Brevo to send emails just for the Sign Up process. Since I have a Brevo plan, feels like using it will be more helpful without busying your servers.
