But i got an other problem, The project quevvy.com has not access to the folder /pulic. This is the message ``` Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ``` And when i access to https://quevvy.com, instead of seing the website on live, i see all files of the project, which is very bad. I don't know how you will do exactly, but if possible, the main project on /httpdocs have good health, but i don't use it. If you can delete all other projects, and then attribute the domain quevvy.com in that main project, It can be good. Username: thebashingzone, Server: Tommy, Main domain: thebashingzone.ddns.net Hi, I'm trying to login to my vps, I was told my username was changed to hunterparker as something was messed up earlier after creating it, it says my password is invalid, and when I try to reset it, it says my reset is pending, and I'd get an email when an admin applies the change. Can someone please help?

The reason for this request is that I am integrating with an external service that requires communication over TCP port 4000 for application functionality. Done. Sometimes removing domains removes the files too, so if any files went missing I made a full backup prior to the domain change which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup if needed.

Yeah, the file with the same name from weakpass.com matches the contents of the file on the account. I went ahead and reset the account. What are you planning on using this account for?

The file hk_hlm_founds.txt on your account is in a folder called pass_lists, which we took to mean it's "found" (stolen) passwords. Can you explain what this file is for? Can you show how you obtained the contents of this file? Note that if we agree to unsuspend you, we are likely going to require a full reset without a backup as well. Also escalating as I'm curious about Krydos's input on this...

What? No, all the data collected was done with consent. I was working on a project for my friends, but it accidentally ended up on the open internet. I only noticed it today and deleted the site — I was planning to make a new one!

I only did that as I wanted to change the OS and username, and didn't want to bother you guys for that, and I like to support helio host with any money I can as I know it's tough for you guys sometimes as a non proffit, so I figured I'd cancel the old one and purchase a new one. No, the old VPS was definitely deleted, and the new VPS was created with the username hunterparker, not hunterp93. In the future if you want to change your VPS username, just let us know. You don't need to delete the old one and create a new one.

So when I canceled the vps on the 6th it didn't actually delete it? I'm just crying to figure out how hunterp93 was still the username as I selected hunterparker when I ordered the new one.
