Hi, I have upgraded my VPS account and you have emailed me to say that you will need to ove it to another server due to not enough memory on the current server. Can you please advise how long this will take as I have a time-sensitive web app running on it, and am currently unable to connect. Thanks, Neil

Hello, My username is lukestork on the Tommy server. My domain aftersales.sandicliffe.helioho.st is configured and marked Active in Plesk (domain ID 670, IP 65.19.154.90) but is not resolving in DNS — returning NXDOMAIN. I believe the DNS A record was lost during the recent Brody/Cody nameserver rebuild mentioned in your latest news post. All files are intact on the server and return HTTP 200 when hit directly by IP. Could you please re-add the DNS A record: aftersales.sandicliffe.helioho.st → 65.19.154.90 Thank you

Hi, I have a pg database that my app uses, and I would like to connect to it via pgAdmin. I used to do this about a year or two ago, but I don't have the conection string anymore. Yes, your VPS domain can be changed in the future. If you decide to purchase your own domain later on, we'd recommend Namecheap since HelioHost has an affiliate agreement with them.
