Hello HelioHost Team, I just created this account recently, and I have not uploaded any files yet. However, I received the message: “That account cannot have additional domains added because it has a pending suspension for violating the terms of service.” This seems to be a mistake because I haven’t used the account yet and have not violated any Terms of Service. I just wanted to add some subdomains for my Telegram bot project. Kindly review my account and remove the suspension so I can continue using the service normally. Thank you for your help!

Account texu has been unsuspended. It might take a few minutes to work again. All of your subdomains are still attached to it.

You can do this yourself at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/delete/

Hello! I've added those subdomains to your account for you. You may see the folders for them inside Plesk soon, but it may take up to 2 hours for them to work completely. This is because an Apache restart is needed to finalize domain changes, and the restart begins every 2 hours or so. If after a full 2 hours the new subdomains don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
