jacobly Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Java/JSP seems to be disabled on my account. When I try to load a Java/JSP page, I get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error message. Thanks in advance!
Guest Geoff Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Just so you know, this isn't the first time this has happened.
jacobly Posted July 13, 2011 Author Posted July 13, 2011 I know, I just wanted to make sure someone knew.

PenTester Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Did you create new account in johnny? Actually when you create account in johnny, you have to request for an admin to enable java on your account.
Krydos Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Did you create new account in jhony? Actually when you create account in jhony, you have to request admin to enable java in your account. He knows, because he did: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9736 It just didn't take.
jacobly Posted July 13, 2011 Author Posted July 13, 2011 Java was enabled for a few days, but it stopped working yesterday, which is why I posted.
Ashoat Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Is it working now? PS: other admins, you should try this when you experience an issue in the future: sudo /scripts/restartsrv_tomcat
