jje Posted July 10, 2011 Share Posted July 10, 2011 If you are connecting from the server (like a PHP file on your web space) then Yes, the host name is localhost. If you are connecting remotely (like from your own computer) the No, the hostname is either stevie.heliohost.org or johnny.heliohost.org. If connecting remotely you will need to insert a % (percentage symbol) in the box under Remote SQL area in your cPanel. More info in the wiki.
