You can use this script to delete your account http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete and after it is fully deleted then you can sign up again. If the signup says that you already have an account it means that the old account hasn't fully deleted yet. Make sure you backup all of your information before you start the deletion process, and sometimes if there are a lot of accounts to delete ahead of you in the queue it can take up to 48 hours for it to fully delete. jje Posted June 27, 2011 Share Posted June 27, 2011 You could just use the domain tool instead to change the domain and then add the parked domain: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain You would set your domain as 'codigoalvo.heliohost.org' Then you would add a parked domain pointing to 'codigoalvo.com.br' @admins - Works; tried it. I would apreciate so much if it could be done today yet. I don't know if its relevant, but originaly it was on stevie, and when I created it again after deleted, I created on johnny.
