cl58 Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 Sometimes, HelioHost's servers have a slight disruption that can cause all accounts on a server to act as though they are queued and pending activation. The administrators can easily solve this issue once it is reported to us. Sometimes an individual account can also experience this issue which we can also work to resolve. If your account is showing a queued page after it was already active, post your username and server here and we will work to resolve the issue. Please only post in this thread if your account was previously working. To reiterate, this thread is for the following issues only: A server-wide issue that shows all accounts as queuedYour previously-active account showing as queued When posting, remember to include the following information: Your HelioHost UsernameYour DomainYour Server (Stevie or Johnny) Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps it to load for you.

Should take about an hour. Hopefully we'll figure something out! Thanks, djbob Oh, also all of HelioHost will be down for about 15 minutes so I can check Charlie's power usage. All accounts on stevie will be down while the memory test is running. Your account is located on stevie so it will also be affected. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this test has the potential to increase stevie's stability considerably so it is totally worth the downtime.
