My website is queued too.

username: aynil

domain: aynil.co.cc

I tried to renew, but got this error: could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive

My website was working, so its not a problem with the registration.

@KongCH - Your site has been suspended due to inactivity. Please use the renew script to reactivate your account and let me know if you can login to your cPanel afterwards. Remember to login through the HelioHost homepage.

@Earl @frostbyte - Your problem is different, as your site is showing QUEUED not SUSPENDED, meaning that the issue is to do with our database of websites. It looks like Stevie has crashed, and all websites on Stevie are down. I have created a new topic for the issue:

@Louis: I have reactivated your account. If your website still returns a suspended page, clear your cache and try again. Please try to log into you cPanel from the HelioHost homepage (at the bottom). If you still cannot access your cPanel, reply to this post and we will reset your password for you.

Note: Stevie is currently experiencing some technical difficulties and you may see an Account Queued page, but once Stevie is back up, your site should work.

I'm still getting the Account Queued page, but when I try to log into CPanel, I get an Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage error.

I guess I'll have to try later when Stevie is back up and running again.

Thanks,

Louis

The account queued page is probably because your browser has it cached. As of the time of me posting this the queued problem on Stevie is cleared up, however when I tried loading your website http://accommodationyzerfontein.com/ I get the account suspended page. That means that you do still need attention from an admin to get your account running again.

What cPanel are you trying to log into? Have you tried logging in to cPanel from the bottom of the heliohost homepage?

You could also try using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew to see if you can renew your suspended account yourself.

Seems like the place for this:

1. hjolmaer

2. havenofthespirit.heliohost.org

3. Johnny

4. 3 - failed cpanel login.

Also, my account is still showing as being in queue, it's been about 48 hours, and when I attempt to log into cpanel it brings up the "login attempt failed" message. I'm logging in through the Heliohost homepage (the login at the bottom of the screen) and my browser's cache has been cleared since checking the status last.

Johnny is currently not creating new accounts. The issue has been identified and escalated, and will be fixed shortly. You can monitor the progress of this issue here http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9507

You can monitor your place in the account creation queue by following this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status Once the account creation script gets restarted you should expect your number in line to start decreasing.
