[Solved] False Suspension Issues

My problem fits BOTH Scenarios #1 & #2 PARTIALLY, but fits neither EXACTLY.

 

> My UserName is rdmbrla

My Domain is http://RDMRedStick.heliohost.org

My server is stevie

 

> On MAY-20, I was E-mailed this warning:

"...

Dear rdmbrla,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity. If you want to keep your account, please renew it by visiting http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?username=rdmbrla. If you do not renew your hosting suscription within a week, your account will be permanently deleted. This is your final warning.

..."

 

I clicked the Email's supplied "renew"-link; it seemed to work (as it has before), and my account was APPARENTLY un-suspended.

> I can NOT log-in to my cPanel (via the HelioHost home-page); it says only "Login Attempt Failed!".

 

> If I point a browser at http://RDMRedStick.heliohost.org, I'm re-directed to the "HELIOHOST ACCOUNT SUSPENDED" page (ie, http://rdmredstick.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi).

 

> I've also tried other links to the renew script(s), found in other places --- no difference.

 

> Could this be related to your recent work re: the new Cody & Johnny servers?

 

> Can I possibly have you un-suspend this stevie hosting-account, PLEASE?

last 11th i received a message about my account being suspended, i followed the link and i thought it was fixed. today i also tried to reset the password and the account renewal, but all the time it says my account is suspended

I can't login via cPanel login form at the bottom of HelioHost.org. I've got "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database" error message. Entering http://frenchman.heliohost.org/ returns "cannot find the server" error. HelioHost Queue Status says "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active". I received confirmation email about adding an account to the creation queue few days ago (on sunday). I've also refreshed browser cache.

 

Username: french

Domain: frenchman.heliohost.org

Server: Stevie

Scenario: 2

@bbh2o: Your website has been reactivated. If you still see a suspended page, clear your cache and try again. Do you need a cPanel password reset?

 

i have access to the cpanel, everything is all right, i think. thanks very much :)

@lioh: Your account has been reinstated. If you still get a suspended page clear your cache and try again. Please try to log into you cPanel from the HelioHost homepage (at the bottom). If you still cannot access your cPanel, reply to this post and we will reset your password for you.
