fconnect Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hi guys, This is with reference to: Username: fconnect Domain: fitness-connect.heliohost.org I've signed up over 2 days ago, however apparently the subdomain fitness-connect does not exist or is unavaliable. I've checked your queue list, and it says my account isn't on the list either. However I can log into control panel via the HelioHost homepage. Any assistance is highly appreciated. jk86 Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 I got the same problem with vlschedule.heliohost.org, I can acess the cpanel and for example PHPmyAdmin, but I can neither log in via FTP nor os the webpage displayed when I type it into my browser. Ashish Panwar Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 Hi, I register with JOHNNY's server for ASP.NET website. my website name is "hybridserver.heliohost.org". i used ADDON DOMAIN option to add my CO.CC DNS name is "ellalanguages.co.cc" everthing is done properly & i setup nameserver to there too. but when i access ellalanguages.co.cc ... it said SERVER NOT FOUND. i alrdy upload my webpages in it. please can you check it wht is going on? savetree Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 I made a domain then 3 days later changed it. Now I can not access any of my files when I sign in to cpanel. It says access denied.
