Why Steve gives 500 error frequently

Everyday for a few times Setvie server goes down for around 5 minutes.

That's pretty annoying though I shouldn't complain ;)

So what causes this issue? It's been a long running issue. Are you planning to fix it?

 

 

This happens when you are uploading file through manager or the online file manager is opened ,

and it returns to normal when you log out of cpanel or close the file manager and wait for 5 Minuit.

Do you mean you get 500 Internal Server errors?
