I again installed my certificate with intermediate certificate manually. It is working fine now though I have used the same private key. Thanks anyways

HelioHost Account Queued again You need to find a permanent fix I guess. It's happening a lot lately causing lots of downtime.

Used Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site. There in Certicate (CRT) entered the Class 1 free certificate that I got from StartSSL. In Key (KEY) entered the private key that I generated through cPanel here. In Ca Bundle (CABUNDLE) entered the ca bundle that I got from https://www.startssl.com/certs/ca-bundle.crt cPanel says the certificate got installed successfully. It works for IE, Chrome but not in Firefox. And when I check in cPanel using Install/Update A SSL Host for domain waveofweb.com, the Ca Bundle that it fetches from the server, is not the same that I got from StartSSL.

Hmm...I was getting the same kind of error. As all of you are getting the same problem, it's Stevie issue. And I hope somebody will fix it quickly

I have installed SSL certificate with ca bundle that I got from StartSSL. But then whenever I go back and check Install/Update A SSL Host for my domain waveofweb.com, it shows wrong ca bundle that it fetches from server. Every time the Ca bundle is same, but it is not what I uploaded it the server. Can you help me with this?

I just checked my SSL with a few SSL certificate checkers. SSL chain is coming correctly there. I will check with StartSSL guys, then I will update here

Hi, anybody looking into this? Now I am getting The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted. The certificate is only valid for the following names: www.waveofweb.com , waveofweb.com (Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer) I have installed StartSSL certificate. And I have also installed intermediate CA certificates through CA Bundle. But it's still not working in Firefox. It seems like server is not returning correct SSL certificate chain.

I have a dedicated ip for my account 65.19.141.75. I got it long time ago. I requested for a dedicated ip address and you provided me one. I don't know when you started charging for it and I don't pay anything for it But my dedicated ip address is active I guess otherwise I couldn't have installed the SSL certificate for that. Thanks.

But when I try to use secure url https://waveofweb.com I am getting the below error: An error occurred during a connection to waveofweb.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long) Can you please look into this? Thanks

Everyday for a few times Setvie server goes down for around 5 minutes. That's pretty annoying though I shouldn't complain So what causes this issue? It's been a long running issue. Are you planning to fix it?

I am a bit confused. So Stevie is the new server...right? So currently I have my site in Stevie. So there is no point in migrating....right?

I have seen a sub-forum where users request to move their site to new server. I thought you have only one server called Stevie. But it gets down frequently. So do you have another new server where it is more stable?

Do you have any issues with the server? It seems to be get down regularly. Here is my site uptime for last few days.

Hey, You have given me a dedicated ip to use. So I opened my site using my ip address. It says "Hosting Account Queued". But when I open my site using my domain name it is working fine. Do you offer free dedicated ip for free shared hosting? I have a private SSL certificate. So if you give me a free ip I can install it here.

You can change the Nameservers & still can use Google Apps for your domain. Go to the Mail settings in Cpanel & edit MX entry as per Google. For IP, you can find it at the left side bar of you Cpanel.
