aniroy1986 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Everyday for a few times Setvie server goes down for around 5 minutes. That's pretty annoying though I shouldn't complain So what causes this issue? It's been a long running issue. Are you planning to fix it?
Byron Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 This is usually due to high server load. We are making Stevie more stable all the time.

This happens when you are uploading file through manager or the online file manager is opened , and it returns to normal when you log out of cpanel or close the file manager and wait for 5 Minuit.

Guest xaav Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 The reason is you are running up against your process limit. This limit is imposed to ensure you do not down other people's sites.
