alkastraverse Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Hello HelioHost Support Team, My account was suspended due to High Load (CPU/Memory limits). I found the root cause: I misconfigured a monitoring frontend script to ping my proxy file every 3 second, which overload the server resources. Could you please help me unsuspend my account and delete the following two files on my domain archive.alk.xx.kg to stop the high load permanently? - index.php - proxy.php Username: alkastraverse Main domain: alk.helioho.st Subdomain: archive.alk.xx.kg (high load) Thank you for your support! wolstech Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Files renamed and account unsuspended. Please be mindful of automated calls like this. I would recommend no more often than once every few minutes, perhaps even less depending on how heavy the script is on the server. Your account can take up to 2 hours for the domains to function again. 1 Quote
wolstech Posted 50 minutes ago Posted 50 minutes ago Do you want to move to the new Tommy2? The load on your account was mostly related to systemd, which is an issue that is specific to old Tommy. You're going to get moved at some point anyway, but if you want to go now you're welcome to it (Note that if you do decide to move, you'll need to update your DNS records). Quote
