Thanks for the reply.

The domain name is for an adults-only, age-restricted video directory, I
don't have any intentions on storing, uploading, downloading or hosting
adult video file directly on HelioHost.

It's only gonna be the same pages, categories, meta data, and it's gonna use
a third party players in the standard public iframe/embed form. Videos are
hosted externally.

It'll include 18+ notice, T&C, Privacy policy, DMCA/Content Removal, and a
report content page. Absolutely no user upload nor any non-legal or
non-consensual videos.

If not then I perfectly understand and I shall find another provider.

It doesn't matter if the videos are hosted elsewhere and simply embedded. It's still against our terms of service.
