Haythem Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Hello HelioHost Support, I hope you are doing well. I am trying to register for a free HelioHost account, but I received a message stating that the subnet containing my IP address (46.184.137.138) has been blocked due to excessive malicious traffic. I believe this is a shared IP assigned by my ISP, and I have never used HelioHost before. I am a computer science teacher at Bayan School in Bahrain, and I would like to use HelioHost to host educational PHP and MySQL web applications for learning, testing, and demonstrating web development concepts to my students. I fully understand the need to protect your servers from abuse and I will comply with all of HelioHost's Terms of Service. I will only use the account for legitimate educational purposes. If possible, could you please review my IP address and unblock it so I can complete my registration? Thank you very much for your time and for providing free hosting to the community. Kind regards, Haytham Benhmida Quote
Unknown025 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Sorry that you're having problems signing up. I don't see your IP blocked in our firewall, but an administrator will be able to look into the matter. A lot of IPs did indeed get blocked recently due to a lot of bot traffic. Quote
