[HH#440637] Domain and Database Recovery Request After Server Incident

Recommended Posts

Username: pintocoelho, Server: Johnny, Main domain: pintocoelho.helioho.st

Good afternoon,
I have an account on the Johnny server (https://johnny.heliohost.org/) with the username pintocoelho.
As you are aware, there was recently an issue with the servers which resulted in data loss. By following your instructions, I was able to recover my files from the /backup directory, so that part is now resolved.
However, I am currently facing a few issues that I would appreciate your assistance with as soon as possible:

1.
Domain reconfiguration
I would like to restore my domain rcc.heliohost.org (which I was previously using), but I cannot find any option in my dashboard to add or manage domains/hosts.
2.
Database recovery
I am unable to locate any backup of my database. I am not sure whether:
* it was not included in the provided backups, or
* there is a specific procedure required to recover it that I may be missing.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to:

* reconfigure the domain
* recover (or verify the availability of) the associated database

I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Bernardo Pinto Coelho

Hi

I would like to thank you for the fact that the domain is already set up ? I have started working on it.
Regarding the database, please have a look and let me know if this is sufficient. It consists of a database with a few tables that I already had previously.

I look forward to your feedback.
Thank you.
