Hi,

I have an active account on Mars VPS with username nilchoud.
Today the hestia control panel showed no details. When I tried to open the
file manager it just said " unknown error. Please look into the issue ASAP.

I logged into Hestia on VPS157 and everything looked fine. I also checked the Hestia file manager and files were showing up fine too. Let us know if you're still having issues.
