Hello,

I have an account with you, and I received a notice saying that my subscription has been suspended because I used 2,342.2 MB out of the 1,000 MB limit. However, I currently only have 40 MB of data stored in my account.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue so I can regain access to my account.

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account:

  1. You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost.
  2. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you.
  3. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

It's kind of funny how fast these things can snowball when you refuse to fix the errors and they keep filling your logs.

Hi, I'm not sure what happened, because my storage space is very limited. Please reset my account to 0 MB. Thank you

I deleted the 2.2 GB log file and you should be able to login now. If you'd like to reset your account anyways we need to verify your email address first. The email address you sent this support request from doesn't match the email address you used to create the account. The reason we need to verify your email address prior to doing an account reset is to make sure someone isn't pretending to be you to delete your data.
