Johnny database record missing

Hi, I was impacted by the Johnny reset a couple of weeks ago.

I requested a backup file record, and I could not find the database backup there... I am wondering if anyone could help me with this?

Regarding Johnny's recent reset, the support team has stated that MySQL databases are sometimes not fully recoverable in a standard .sql format. This is usually why they might be missing from the regular backup files you downloaded.

However, the raw server files (such as .frm and .ibd table structures) might still be stored on the server's backend. If you know the exact names of your old databases, please reply with them here. A Root Administrator can check the system to see if those raw files are available for you.

Please provide the following information:

1. Database name
2. 5-10 table names from the database
3. Any unique string of data that may be in the database
