HelioHost Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Username: kalaggelaki, Server: Morty2, Main domain: kalaggelaki.helioho.stGood morning As I told you in my previous email on 2025-12-04, farmers in my area are required to send a transport document to a public service when transporting their products, which validates it and then sends it to the recipient by email. Because farmers are not familiar with technology and emails, I wrote a program for mobile phones to serve them and, using the email info@kalaggelaki.helioho.st, they sent the email to the recipient. This worked perfectly from 2025-12-04 until 2026-05-10 when the morty server was upgraded. Please configure the email on the new server so that various devices using my email can send the document to the recipient. A Margetakis Ierapetra kreta Greece

Krydos Posted May 15 Posted May 15 I checked your email sending limit, and it's still set to 500 per day. Was there some error message that made you think the limit was reverted?
HelioHost Posted May 15 Author Posted May 15 Good morning Great Thank you very much. I didn't know that morty became morty2 and looking at the settings I thought I also changed the 500 email limit. Please tell me if the name morty2 will remain from now on. Thank you again A Margetakis Ierapetra kreta Greece ???? ??? 15 ??? 2026 ???? 5:24??.?., ?/? Krydos Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Yes, we emailed you on April 27th to let you know about the upgrade. Rather than powering off Morty for a week or two to upgrade it and causing all of your websites to be offline for a week or two we just created a second Morty that is already upgraded before having any accounts, and moved all the Morty customers to the new version with zero downtime. Obviously having all of our Morty accounts offline for a couple weeks would be a stupid thing to do to our paying customers, so we're not going to do that. Obviously leaving all of our Morty customers on an old broken server for 10 years without updating anything is also a stupid thing to do, so we're not going to do that either. Once all of the users are off the old Morty we will power it off and delete it. We only do upgrades like this once every couple years so you'll likely stay on Morty2 until 2028 or something. We don't have another upgrade scheduled at the moment.
