Hello, I tried clicking on the link in this email to renew my account and I the page that opens is this:

Sorry for the delay on responding to this email. Our main website, forum, email system, and nameservers were down for a few days for repairs. You can read more about it at https://helionet.org/index/topic/67623-when-servers-explode/

Yeah, you are not able to renew accounts when our main website if offline. I have renewed your account for you. It should start working again in 2 hours or so.
