Hi,

My username is *shree21*. I purchased the Morty plan for $24, but my
account balance has now gone negative. Upon reviewing my billing details, I
noticed that I was charged $5 on certain days.

I would prefer a fixed monthly billing plan instead of daily charges. Since
I am nearly finished setting up my website, I cannot afford a $5 per day
cost.

Could you please suggest a more suitable plan for my needs?

Also, you may be reading your billing report incorrectly. I checked your billing and the largest billed day was 2026-01-04 where you were billed 34 cents. Most of the days were well below that. 34 cents times 30 days is only about $10 per month.

One thing to keep in mind on the VPS plans is they just come as a bare operating system with no preinstalled software and no control panel. Morty comes with Plesk for no additional price, but adding Plesk to a VPS would increase the cost by $16.99 https://www.plesk.com/pricing/

A lot of our VPS users like to use a free control panel called Hestia that we can install for you. It gives you a browser based control panel similar to Plesk, but it's completely free.

Thank you for the information.
The website carcareus.com is not working now. Few days ago when the account
was active it was working fine. Today again I have reactivated my account.
Do I need to perform any steps so that the site will be up and running?

After you renew your account it can take up to 2 hours for the domains to start working again.

One other thing I wanted to mention is the only reason you were getting charged 34 cents a day is because you had WSGI restart access enabled on multiple domains. WSGI restart access is not required to run Django or Flask. Django and Flask use very little resources on their own, but the catch is changes you make can take up to 2 hours to show up due to server side caching. Enabling WSGI restart access allows you to clear the server cache and load new changes immediately, but it increases your monthly cost to $1.91 or more instead of $1.00.
