Can't sign up as your system threw an err

While trying to signup for the HelioHost account, though I was able to get to the sign up page, huwever, I received an error message after entering my email address and pressing submit button.

Error said, we couldn't send the email. 

Please see the attached screenshot in the email I sent in this regards.

It was. It's in the invite list even though it didn't actually send. I just resent it.

Hi, 

Thanks for the prompt response and solution. I indeed received the invitation email and was able to create an account. 

The issue therefore can be considered as resolved and this ticket may be closed.
