Can't sign up as your system threw an err

Screenshot_20260424_053134.thumb.jpg.c751afec378a337ab8436a5305a00e44.jpgWhile trying to signup for the HelioHost account, though I was able to get to the sign up page, huwever, I received an error message after entering my email address and pressing submit button.

Error said, we couldn't send the email. 

Please see the attached screenshot in the email I sent in this regards.
