Email SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records

Hi! I actually am not sure if I should post this here? But anyways, I am using Cloudflare and I don't know how I'm supposed to set up email delivery, because every time I send an email to someone using a gmail address it says this:

Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.

...for my domain gab.pt.eu.org.

Since I'm using Cloudflare and the HelioNet wiki says I have to ask for the records, then I figured out I would make a post, but I don't know how that would work since I am using Cloudflare.

You can temporarily change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and once DKIM, SPF and DMARC have been setup on the domain, you can just copy the records for use with cloudflare and switch the nameservers back after you're finished. Escalating so a root admin can setup the records for you.

You can either change your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or copy those into your external DNS provider.
