i increased the disk space because the account was suspended to exceed the disk share

accounts have remained offline and show error: 503 Service Unavailable

It looks like your disk space has been increased to 4000 MB. It's possible it just needs an Apache restart to take effect, but an administrator can look into this in the morning.

Working for me. if it still persists, try clearing your browsers cache. Usually 503 errors after changing settings or increasing disk space like in this scenario need an Apache restart to resolve.
