[Solved] Cant log into heliohost due to database error

hello my username is wltr

i got the error 

500 Plesk\Exception\Database

and now cant log into heliohost saying  Database is restarting. Try again in a bit.

help me

Did you try again in a bit as it says?

For Johnny users, this is normal every day around 1100-1200 EST when the server performs its routine database restart.

This triggered when i was creating a db user- about 30mins ago, still now not yet logging in-- is the delay normal, should i try again after the next reset?

Usually this lasts about 10 minutes, so 30 is a bit excessive.
