My HelioHost username is: yilanpekerr I am not sure whether this issue is related to account activation, login credentials, or a technical problem. I have not made any changes, but I still cannot access my account. Could you please check the status of my account and let me know how I can regain access? Thank you for your assistance. MoneyBroz Posted February 6 Posted February 6 That account is currently active in our system; if you are still having trouble logging in, then try to reset your password.
MoneyBroz Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I see the issue now; it's because Johnny's MariaDB is restarting. You won't be able to log in while it is doing this; it should finish in a few minutes.
Krydos Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I checked the server logs, and it looks like MariaDB was restarting when you sent this email. On Johnny MariaDB restarts around this time most days, and during a restart you won't be able to login until the restart finishes. Tommy has better MariaDB uptime than Johnny, and Morty has better MariaDB uptime than Tommy. Now that MariaDB on Johnny is finished restarting you should be able to login now.
