I can’t access Plesk/File Manager to delete large files and reduce usage. Could you please temporarily unsuspend the account so I can delete files, or (if easier) delete a few large items for me (old backups / archives / logs / trash) to bring me back under the limit? wolstech Posted January 29 Posted January 29 No worries on the duplicate topic, however I can't take a look at the disk space issue because the account is currently archived. If you want us to take a look and possibly delete some of your unnecessary files for you, you'll need to unarchive the account first. Quote
