[Solved] Developers can be bad at administrative work! I'm one of them...

To whom it may concern;

So, I recently worked on updating my new website hosted with you guys and felt happy with the results...  Today, I checked and ...  Suspended!
First hint: going over my allowance storage space I think.  Yeah, sounds like me: I was trying several high resolutions background images for the site and left them there...  Used some pretty gnarly php code too that could have pushed against my limits...

I'm sure it's on me for not doing due diligence but checking in with my tail between my legs to see what the reason is this time.  (Feels similar as being called into the hardware/cloud division at work for "loitering" or leaving unused scripts all around...)  I know, I know...  I didn't mean to... As you can tell, this is not my first time in the hot seat here and at other work...

One thing I can attest to is that your support staff is top notch and I'll find out soon what got me in trouble...  Please do let me know... And yes, this was a bit of added flattery to nevertheless recognized publicly the incredible service you offer and how I've absolutely enjoyed the experience with helionet over the years - you guys probably don't get near the true praise that you are owed for providing this service!

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account:

1. You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost.
2. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you.
3. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

I took a look at your account and found 83 MB unemptied trash.

After deleting that for you it brought you to 944 MB which is below the 1000 MB limit. Remember to check the box to skip the trash if you want to avoid wasting space on stuff like this in the future. If you're having trouble staying under the 1000 MB limit you can upgrade your account using the link MoneyBroz posted. Are you able to login now?

Will do my best to keep this storage limit in mind.  Get jaded a bit when you work in environments where space is an afterthought.  For such an amazing service, I understand fully the need for such strict measures and it is imperative on me to be more mindful and present while doing my best to help keep this and the community around it thriving.
