error on upload

Trying to upload mp4 file to my Tommy directory and getting error Received SSH2_MSG_CHANNEL_DATA for nonexistet channel 0. Sometimes it does a partial transfer. I uploaded same files before. Tried mulyiple sftp clients that worked in the past, same results

We haven't received any other reports of issues with SFTP on Morty, so this may be a connection issue of some kind. Does it work if you upload via the Plesk file manager? 

Also, how big is the file? Your account only has about 148MB free (showing 852MB of 1000MB used at the moment).

It may be a file limit, but note that my files are on the Monty server with a paid monthly subscription and with a link to my page on Morty. This is how it was setup by Krydos as far as I know.  What is my limit on Monty? Where can I check that?
