You're suspended for violating the multiple account policy again. This has happened twice now.

Can you explain why you keep creating multiple Johnny accounts even after being told you can only have one account on Johnny?

No, this is my original account. I do not use any other account except this. Right now I have not even posted anything on it. And yes, why are you closing my account? If you think that I use multiple accounts then please tell me which account I have used. Yes, I had used the first account which I had created with my own two Gmail IDs. But both my accounts were suspended, then I submitted a request, so this account of mine was unsuspended, I had signed up on this with my original Gmail ID only. And I have not created any other account, I have only one account right now and you are closing it every time. Yes, I made the first mistake by creating two accounts, that too of mine, I had created Gmail account. Please unsuspend my account.Please I am requesting you very much that you do not suspend my account and all my subdomains. Please 🙏 🥺

Our systems are designed to easily identify people with multiple accounts specifically to prevent people from trying to take advantage of us.

Can you explain why these requests are basically identical if you're supposedly only using one account?

And can you explain why additional accounts were created AFTER you were already warned that you weren't allowed to do so? To us, it looks like you thought you could get away with it by trying again (and using disposable email addresses).

Thank you for the clarification and for giving me the opportunity to respond.

I understand why my actions looked suspicious, and I want to give a clear and honest explanation.

First, I apologize sincerely for the confusion and for creating extra accounts. I did not intend to violate any HelioHost rules. The truth is:

I created my first account normally.

When I faced issues adding subdomains, I thought the problem was due to a setup mistake on my side.

Because of this misunderstanding, I created additional accounts using different emails, thinking it would fix the issue.

This was a mistake — not an attempt to bypass rules or take advantage of your system.

I was not fully aware that having multiple accounts was against policy, and once I realized, the damage was already done.

Regarding the identical requests:

Yes, they look similar because I copy–pasted my request while trying to fix the same problem from different accounts.

I now fully understand that this was the wrong approach.

I want to assure you that:

I have no intention of abusing the service.

I will use only one account moving forward.

I will not create any new accounts again.

I appreciate HelioHost’s free service and I do not want to lose it permanently.

I respectfully request one last chance. I am ready to follow all rules strictly from now onward.

If you need more than the 10 domains you already have, you can purchase a paid account here: https://heliohost.org/morty/ Each paid account is good for 10 additional domains, and is valid as long as you keep the bill paid. Creating another account that is not on Morty will result in a ban.
