[HH#246360] Permission denied problem

Username: denisov, Server: Tommy, Main domain: denisov5.heliohost.org

I am getting this when I try to open any of my files:
Server Error
403 Forbidden -You do not have permission to access this document.

This has happened to me before. I will go months of no problems like this
and then they reappear like they did today. It is very upsetting. I am on
Tommy for years - denisov5.heliohost.org
I am 82 and Byron Dallas used to help me. Please return my pages to
function.

Can you provide a URL to a page that is giving a 403 error?

If you're talking about the 403 error on the URL https://denisov5.heliohost.org that is because there is no index file. Simply create a file named index.html or index.php, etc and it should go away. I created a file named index.html with the contents "Hello." and it appears to be working fine.

I created these two files and still get the FORBIDDEN:
https://denisov5.heliohost.org/index.html
https://denisov5.heliohost.org/index.php
I also have index.html files in nearly every folder.

For me the URL https://denisov5.heliohost.org/index.html shows HELLO in all caps, and https://denisov5.heliohost.org/index.php also shows HELLO in all caps. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I will now clear browser, clear cache, and clear cookies. I will then power
off and then completely unplug.
