Krydos Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Google decided your email was spam, and it didn't get delivered to our inbox. Every few days we go through the spam box manually to make sure nothing important is in there. It looks like that domain has already been added to your account so I'm guessing you contacted support in a way that is more reliable than email.

Posting on our support forum at https://helionet.org or chatting with us at https://heliohost.org/chat/ are much more reliable ways to contact support.
