Hi there, I'm currently in China and while heliohost.org is fully accessible, I realised that helioho.st is blocked here. Would it be possible for me to change to another of your servers? Assuming you have any that aren't blocked?

Hi so I've tried mobile Internet and WiFi with multiple devices and it seems blocked. The krydos servers you sent are all accessible, it says blank. Would it be possible to move to one of those?

I've never heard of the great firewall of China blocking certain subdomains like janisv03.helioho.st. I've always thought they blocked IPs. The three domains I linked are on Morty, Tommy, and Johnny, and since you say they all work it seems you can have an account on any plan and it should work in China. Do you want to try changing your main domain to janisv03.heliohost.us to see if that works?

You have to be a staff member to use a heliohost.org subdomain, by the way. helioho.st and heliohost.us are the free subdomains available to users.

Hi, Yes that would be worth trying I think. I just tried visiting heliohost.us and it redirects to .org.
