I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I honestly did not read the terms and conditions carefully, so I did not know that multiple accounts were not allowed. I want to assure you that I had no bad intentions ? I only wanted to restart my website and database, which is why I created another account. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore my access, even if it means keeping only one account active and deleting the other. I promise to carefully follow all the rules from now on. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

If you created multiple accounts to have more than one domain, you might be interested to know that you can add up to ten domains, including the one on your suspended second account, onto your one unsuspended account. Just let us know if you need a domain added.
