Only one. Also, none of the following applies to me: ? Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection. ? Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account. ? Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account. ? Maintaining an account for someone else. The email that you sent me is probably a mistake.
Krydos Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 It was not a mistake. You and another user logged in from the same non-VPN, non-proxy, non-TOR IP address. This usually occurs when someone has more than one account. The other user from the same IP already explained that their cell plan uses Nova Telecommunications which doesn't assign a single IP address to each phone, but probably has a small number of IPv4 that everyone's cell phones connect through. If you use this same cell company it would explain why you both got this email. I went ahead and unsuspended your account for you. Thanks for getting back to us.
raonek Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 I also use Nova Telecommunications. That explains everything. Thank you.
