Did you get the email we sent you on 2025-08-11 14:02 letting you know your account was being moved to Tommy for not paying? Did you get the email we sent you on 2025-08-11 15:47 letting you know that move was complete and you may need to update your DNS records?

I wish I had at least a week's time to look these things up and fix it.?2. Can I pay now and i'll be moved back to Morty? If I do, do I have to set up everything all over again from scratch??3. I thought Morty was a 1 time payment. Is this a recurring payment or my websites are using up many resources?? Yes, you can go to https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ to move yourself back to Morty. You haven't lost anything. Your account just got moved to Tommy instead of Morty, and all of your domains appear to be working. Drupal is trying to install on one domain. The next domain has an unexpected error of some sort. The third domain doesn't appear to have any files uploaded yet, but the domain itself works fine. The 4th domain looks perfect to me. It's possible the errors were caused by being moved, for instance, if your database connection specified Morty's IP instead of localhost it would continue trying to connect to a non-existent Morty account even though it was on Tommy now. If you use localhost for the database connection then it would work no matter which server you were moved to. Morty is $1 per month. It looks like you paid $5 for a $6 prepaid balance on 2025-02-04. You didn't have any overages and your balance ran out around 2025-08-04 as expected.

Krydos Posted August 13, 2025 Posted August 13, 2025 The move process is fully automated, and you've already been moved to Morty. You should have gotten one email about the move starting already. When you receive the next email the move process will be done.
