Hi, 
As per the information provided by you I can see you are using "Server: Tommy". If you read carefully "Server: Tommy" which initially comes with 1000MB Storage with option to increase the storage with donations. I would request you to go to your tommy dashboard and click on the option to increase storage and then select the storage space you desired and donate the amount showed. 

If you have any more queries don't hesitate to ask.

I deleted the .npm directory for you which cleared up 248 MB so you're at 763 MB which is under the 1000 MB limit again. Like o1mark1 said though, if you need more than 1000 MB storage you can upgrade at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/
