Reason for Suspension: Inactivity
Duration of Inactivity: Approximately 4 months

Hello HelioHost Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request the unsuspension of my Johnny account. I have been unable to access or log in to my account for the past 3 to 4 months due to not having access to a device during that time.

Additionally, I have important files stored on that account that I need to recover. Now that I am able to use a device again, I would like to resume access to my account and services.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could reactivate my account or let me know the steps necessary to restore it.

You're not suspended for inactivity, but instead for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account.

Since the other account it matched is also suspended, I've gone ahead and unsuspended this one for you. It may take a few minutes to start working again.
