mm1 Posted June 24, 2025 Posted June 24, 2025 Hi Krydos This is Marco mm@marcomessina.com hosted as mm1.helioho.st When I first started my hosting six months ago, I was set up on Tommy, Then you added a larger storage space on another server for an annual fee. It worked great until recently I switched to Morty (I did it only to pay a monthly fee to support Heliohost) The subdomain files.mm1.helioho.st you created, was pointing to http://65.19.154.72/files/ and I can still access those files now at that URL Since one of your techs moved me to Morty, the subdomain no longer connects. I went around with Support to no avail, possibly because what you set up for me was unusual? I cannot find a way to reconfigure my subdomain in Morty DNS. Could you please fix it? Krydos Posted June 24, 2025 Posted June 24, 2025 The DNS records for the files subdomain have been pointed back to your VPS. It may take a couple hours for the cache to expire.
