[Solved] Subdomain issue

This is Marco   mm@marcomessina.com  hosted as mm1.helioho.st

When I first started my hosting six months ago, I was set up on Tommy, Then you added a larger storage space on another server for an annual fee.  It worked great until recently I switched to Morty (I did it only to pay a monthly fee to support Heliohost)

The subdomain files.mm1.helioho.st you created, was pointing to http://65.19.154.72/files/ and I can still access those files now at that URL

Since one of your techs moved  me to Morty, the subdomain no longer connects. I went around with Support to no avail, possibly because what you set up for me was unusual? I cannot find a way to reconfigure my subdomain in Morty DNS. Could you please fix it?

You cannot manage DNS records on your own yet. a root admin will have to do this for you. Escalating...

The DNS records for the files subdomain have been pointed back to your VPS. It may take a couple hours for the cache to expire.
