[Answered] The button Webmail in my plesk account has disapear, i wonder why?

Hi

When i access to my plesk account, i then click on the left the icon writen mail. Once im on this section, there where some button that opened a new safe windows related to my email account. Now this button is not there any more? Is there some url to access to my email by a webpage. I dont want to save my mail account in my browser or in the mail app of my computer;  my computer is old and probably not secure. I always prefere webmail online. Thanks for your time and help.

Back in May, webmail was disabled to fix the high number of 503 errors on Tommy. Most people don't use webmail, so having it enabled for every account was wasting resources. You can read more in the News article about it here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/64390-503-errors-update/

If you want to use webmail, you can re-enable it inside Plesk by going to: 
Login > Continue to Plesk > Mail > Mail Settings > [Your Domain] > Webmail > Select Roundcube > Ok

Once you re-enable webmail, it will take up to 2 hours to get back up and running, since it needs an Apache restart.

Edited to add: For other users who may find this post from a forum search, webmail on Johnny and Tommy servers is disabled by default but can be enabled by the user with the steps above.

Thanks KazVee, i have done it, so it should be back in a fiew hours. What is important for me is to be able to go to the webmail, and "mostly" that all messages required some captcha and is only static text. No attachments! Also that when i reply, that the user that want to reply back "must" use the form of contact; so no receiving some junk or bad things. I dont want to have some virus, dont want that heliohost have some virus also; brief i'm no web pc security expert and i simply want good things. I'm sure trough the many years that the admins and moderators know that my intentions are good, and i believe the things i do are good things also.

My website is old, there are things that are not up to date; but when i'll have time i'll do some fiew changes and updates; this with the little knowledges and softwares i have. As i have told many times, i simply want to stay with heliohost; you are so much great peoples for me. I know i repeat my self saying many times, my sincere thanks and appreciations. I wonder how many years i'm with you? I think more thant 10 years, that's for sure! Yup i'm getting older when i think about it. I do hope that getting older, i will still have my hairs on the top of my head? Hihihihi

Wow 15 years already, im gonna say it polite "i think"; sh**t time past fast lolll. There was back then if i remember Stevie and Johnny, i think i was on Stevie back then; there was cpanel at that time. There was 2 or 3 ways to use some webmail, one of them i remember was squirrel; think there was also roundcube. When i'll have more time i'll do some changes on my website, i have my ways of life as each of us have; but still it's important for me to stay with heliohost. The only thing is some times i'd like, if it's possible is not to have to logon each month, but at leass at two months. Because some times i forget to logon.

A thing for sure for being so many years, proof that i want to stay with you. I'm sure trough the years the admins and moderators have notice that i dont have any bad intentions. Also i do think that what i do is good things, with no bad thinkings and no bad intentions. As always it's important to give my thanks to the peoples help into my life. Like i say (by joking), it's important to be nice to peoples; you never know if some one gonna win very big at some lottery ticket numbers. Hihihihihi. Some times i think to simply once a while in the forum section about other discussions, tell some jokes just to put some smiles into peoples lives. But the things is most joke i hear are adult jokes, and i never know if it could offend some peoples?
