Domain Still Showing "Queued" Page After Several Hours on webmail on my both domains

Hi HelioHost Support Team,

Recently my domain niraj-stha.com.np was merged to username roxanne. However, when I try to access my webmail at https://webmail.niraj-stha.com.np/ and my other domain, I keep seeing the "Your domain should start working soon" message.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Waited more than 12 hours still same page shows up

• Cleared my browser cache.

Despite all that, webmail and domain mail access still show the queued page.

Could someone please verify if my domain/email is correctly provisioned on your end? I would appreciate any help in resolving this so I can begin using my webmail.

This behavior is expected. Domains no longer include webmail by default.

If you want to use it, you have to explicitly turn it on in the mail settings for the domain, and then wait an additional two hours.
